Halesaga strives to provide high-quality products. If you feel Halesaga’s pr0duct is not working for you, all you need to do is return the unopened product along with the details of the purchase.

Cancellation

In case you prefer to cancel an order, kindly do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Also, a customer can cancel an order anytime until it’s not been dispatched by calling our customer service. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled. Further, if we suspect a malicious or fraudulent transaction by a customer or a transaction that violates the terms and conditions of using the website, we reserve the right to cancel

Return or Refund

Since we are dealing with nutraceuticals products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will only accept exchanges if the goods we delivered are defective, damaged on transit or if a wrong product is delivered to you. Please contact customer service at info@halesaga.com or call us at +91 9898229429 within 72 hours of the product being delivered for damaged product redressals. Each of these orders will be handled individually and on a case-by-case basis. Please do not return your item to the manufacturer, and be sure to include your receipt number for prompt replacement of damaged products.

If you are returning damaged goods, we will send you an email once it has been received and inspected to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within 7-10 days. Also, if the order has been cancelled, the refund will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 days.

We DO NOT accept any refunds that are sent straight to us. When returning the products, please include your complete address.
